The service life of commonly used ceramic welding pins is 40 times longer than that of metal pins, and silicon nitride ceramics have a service life five times longer than that of zirconia locating pins. They achieve high precision and accuracy during prolonged projection welding and can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C.
