Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Rings:
Silicon nitride ceramic (Si₃N₄) is an important structural ceramic material with the following remarkable characteristics:
1. High strength: Tensile and bending strength can reach half that of other structural ceramics.
2. High heat resistance: Vickers hardness is 15-20 GPa, and it can still maintain a hardness of 8-10 GPa at a high temperature of 1200°C.
3. Corrosion resistance: It has extremely strong resistance to acids, alkalis, molten metals, and high-temperature gases.
4. Low friction coefficient: 0.02-0.1, possessing self-lubricating properties.
5. Thermal shock resistance: It can withstand rapid temperature changes of ΔT > 1000°C without cracking.
6. Low density: Approximately 1/3 the density of steel, which can reduce equipment weight.
