Silicon Nitride Ceramic Positioning Block Product Introduction:

Silicon nitride ceramic positioning blocks (Si₃N₄) are high-performance structural ceramic components made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) material, possessing high strength, high hardness, and excellent high-temperature resistance. Manufactured through precision machining processes, this product can meet positioning requirements for various complex shapes and tolerances.

Main Characteristics

1. Mechanical Properties: Hardness of over Hv1500, bending strength exceeding 800 MPa, and fracture toughness of approximately 6-7 MPa·m¹/².

2. Thermal Properties: Low thermal expansion coefficient (approximately 3.2 × 10⁻⁶/℃), and thermal conductivity of approximately 30 W/m·K.

3. Chemical Stability: Almost no volatilization or decomposition occurs in a high vacuum environment, and the surface outgassing rate is extremely low.

4. Temperature Resistance: Can be used up to 1000℃ in air and up to 1400℃ in a protective atmosphere.

1. Hardness: ≥Hv1500.

2. Bending Strength: >800MPa.

3. Thermal Expansion Coefficient: 3.2×10⁻⁶/℃.

Manufacturing Process

1. Powder Preparation: High-purity silicon powder is prepared through carbothermal reduction and nitridation.

2. Forming: Dry pressing, isostatic pressing, or injection molding.

3. Sintering: Gas pressure sintering (GPS) or hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technology.

4. Precision Machining: Diamond grinding, laser processing, etc.
