Through in-depth study on the requirements of different castables for high-temperature alumina powder, we have developed different original grain size (1 ~ 5 μ m), different particle size distribution (single peak, double peak, multi peak), different applications (calcination, activity, spinel included) of high-temperature alumina powder. The products are produced by tunnel kiln and rotary kiln, with stable quality, complete varieties and good contrast with foreign brands, and can be directly used as substitutes.
Two ultra-high temperature shaft kilns produce tabular corundum with a capacity of 50000 tons / year. The product has high volume density, good uniformity, lower impurity and stable quality, and is mainly used in high-grade refractory materials such as air permeable brick, seat brick, large sliding plate, ladle material, iron ditch material, medium frequency furnace dry material, etc. The purity of high-purity Al Mg spinel is as high as 99.8%, which is pure, not easy to hydrate and has good slag resistance.
The new product tas-1 plate corundum is specially used for the core material of permeable brick and has been approved by customers. Hydrated alumina instead of cement is a kind of calcium free and pure binder, which can be used in ultra-low cement castable, cement free castable, ladle without carbon lining and other prefabricated parts, significantly improving the high temperature resistance of products.
