丰联科光电（洛阳）股份有限公司成立于2001年，为上市公司隆华科技（股票代码：300263）的全资子公司，是专业从事电子信息靶材、难熔金属材料及深加工制品的生产、研发和销售的高新技术企业，省级“专精特新”企业。
丰联科光电系由原“洛阳高新四丰电子材料有限公司”进行股份制改革而来，并于2022年6月23日完成企业名称工商登记变更。公司目前下设6家分子公司/事业部。

洛阳晶联光电材料有限责任公司（全资）：高新技术企业，成立于2017年，为广西晶联在洛阳设立的全资子公司，主要从事氧化铟锡（ITO）靶材、氧化铟镓锌（IGZO）靶材等光电材料的生产、研发和销售，市级“专精特新” 企业。
洛阳丰联科绑定技术有限公司（全资）：高新技术企业，成立于2017年，主要从事金属及陶瓷靶材的绑定贴合业务。
洛阳四丰真空科技有限公司（控股）：成立于2021年，主要从事真空烧结炉、真空设备等高科技装备的设计、研发及制造。

Fenglianke Optoelectronics was reformed from the former "Luoyang High-tech Sifeng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd." and completed the change of the company name industrial and commercial registration on June 23, 2022.
