AlN (170W), Al2O3 (99.6%), and BeO (230W) plates

Hello, I would like to request a datasheet for AlN (170W), Al2O3 (99.6%), and BeO (230W). Also, what plate sizes and thicknesses are standard for you to produce? What is your MOQ for plate orders? Is all the manufacturing done in China or do you have operations in the US?
