Silicon nitride ceramic testing rods are made of a high-performance structural ceramic material formed by the covalent bonding of silicon (Si) and nitrogen (N) elements. This material possesses high hardness, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and excellent chemical stability, exhibiting superior performance in extreme industrial environments.

1. Exceptional Environmental Resistance: Maintains a bending strength of 1200 MPa even at 1200℃, which is three times higher than traditional quartz materials.
2. Cleanroom-Grade Purity: Metal ion leaching is <0.01 ppb, controlling the contamination rate of 12-inch wafers to less than one part per million.
3. Corrosion Resistance: Corrosion rate is <0.001 mm/year in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid medium (120℃/35MPa), 20 times better than 316L stainless steel.
4. Self-Lubricating Properties: Friction coefficient is as low as 0.05-0.1, significantly reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
5. Thermal Shock Resistance: Can withstand temperature differences of 800℃, with a thermal shock cycle life exceeding 10⁵ cycles.
