Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Sealing Swivel Rings

High-pressure resistant silicon nitride sealing swivel rings are high-performance ceramic sealing components made from silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) material, possessing excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. This product is manufactured using a vacuum hot-pressing sintering process, followed by precision grinding and polishing to ensure a high-precision sealing surface.

Technical Parameters

Temperature resistance range: 1200℃ in air / 1400℃ in protective atmosphere.

Vickers hardness: ≥1600 HV.

Bending strength: 600-800 MPa.

Coefficient of friction: 0.02-0.1.

Thermal expansion coefficient: 3.0×10⁻⁶/℃.

Pressure resistance: ≥50 MPa.

Manufacturing Process

1. Raw Material Preparation: High-purity silicon nitride powder (purity >99.9%) is used.

2. Hot Press Sintering: Sintering is performed at 1600-1800℃ and a pressure of over 30 MPa.

3. Precision Machining: Diamond grinding technology is used, with dimensional accuracy controlled within ±0.005mm.

4. Surface Treatment: Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2μm.

1. Service life is 3-5 times longer than traditional metal materials.

2. Can operate continuously for 5 years without leakage under extreme working conditions (such as temperature fluctuations of 200-800℃ + 65% nitric acid vapor).
