氮化硅陶瓷圆环特点;
1、硬度高：陶瓷材料硬度高，如氧化铝陶瓷的硬度是HRC89，氮化硅陶瓷硬度是HRC92
2、耐高温：陶瓷材料耐高温，如氧化铝陶瓷、氮化硅陶瓷零件可以长期在1000℃度高温内长期使用；
3、耐腐蚀：陶瓷一般都不生锈、不怕氧化，不怕酸碱；
4、绝缘性好：陶瓷材料绝缘性好，陶瓷环可在高温炉内用作电机保护装置，耐压可＞10KV；
5、无磁性：氮化硅陶瓷不导磁，可在电磁感应环境中降低电损耗。
6、比重小：理论密度3.2-3.3 g/cm3
