They are primarily used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical engineering, and other fields as key components such as guide rollers, rolling rollers, and mill rolls. 1. High-temperature resistance: Can be used up to 1400℃ in an oxidizing atmosphere, and up to 1850℃ in a neutral or reducing atmosphere.
2. Superior mechanical properties: Mohs hardness of 9 or higher; bending strength of 600-800 MPa; fracture toughness of 6-8 MPa·m¹/².
3. Chemical stability: Resistant to most inorganic acids and sodium hydroxide solutions below 30%; excellent chemical corrosion resistance.
