Silicon Nitride Ceramic Punch Product Introduction:

Silicon nitride ceramic punches are high-performance ceramic products made of materials with strong covalent bonds, possessing the following significant characteristics:

1. High hardness and high strength: Hardness can reach HRA 91-93, and flexural strength is >490 MPa, making it one of the hardest materials in the world.

2. Excellent thermal performance: Low thermal expansion coefficient (3.2 × 10⁻⁶/℃), high thermal conductivity (20-25 W/(m·K)), and excellent thermal shock resistance (ΔT > 800℃).

3. Superior chemical stability: Resistant to corrosion from almost all inorganic acids and caustic soda solutions below 30%, and forms a protective SiO₂ layer in oxidizing environments.

4. High-temperature performance: Can be used up to 1200℃ in air and up to 1400℃ in a protective atmosphere.
