碳化硅膜（ SIC ）是采用重结晶技术通过高温烧结而成，其多孔支撑层、过渡层、膜层全部为碳化硅材料，其过滤精度为微滤、超滤。SIC膜过滤系统是一种“错流过滤”形式的流体分离过程，原料液在膜管内高速流动，在压力驱动下含小分子成分的澄清渗透液沿与之垂直方向向外透过膜致密层，含大分子成分的浑浊浓缩液被截留，从而实现流体的澄清、分离、浓缩、提纯的目的。
