V-port ceramic hard-sealing control ball valve has the same structure with O-port ceramic hard-sealing ball valve. With a V shaped ball inside, the V-port ceramic ball valve is often used as a control valve and has outstanding performances in high corrosion and abrasive applications and zero leakage, together with the following characters:



l Compared with O-port ball valve, V-port valve has a equal-percent flow characteristic and could be more accurate and flexible to control the flow of media with a wide controlling range, easy maintenance and saving costs.



l In small opening operation, the V-port ceramic hard-sealing control ball valve doesn’t oscillate to satisfy small flow control and could keep in stable working condition..



l When open and close the V-port ceramic valve, the V-shaped ball and the two seats generate a cutting force, and the fiber, solid particles and something like that contained in the mediums will be cut off from sealing face. Besides, due to the good self-lubrication of ceramics, V-port ceramic hard-sealing control ball valve won’t be stuck anyway.
