Ceramic High Temperature Tubes/Rods

The ceramic tubes / rods are used for heat resistance application, they are made of high purity alumina ceramics, they can withstand high temperature up to 1800℃. They also have excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation, good thermal performance and chemical stability. According to the different applications, they can be divided into three types:

1) Ceramic Thermocouple Protection Tubes
The ceramic thermocouple tubes  are one end closed, they are used to protec temperature measurement components from external environments, reducing or preventing the components from being eroded or damaged in using process.

2) Electrical Insulation Tubes/Rods
The usage is to seperate different polars of temperature measurement components to avoid bipolar interference or short circuit, they can be made with single hole, double holes, four holes or multi holes.

3) High Temperature Furnace Tubes
The tubes are used as ceramic liners of high temperature furnace, the fuction is to separate the heating elements from the materials which are bing burned.
