Ceramic bearings possess characteristics such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic properties, electrical insulation, oil-free self-lubrication, and high rotational speed. They can be used in extremely harsh environments and special working conditions, and are widely applicable in aerospace, marine, petroleum, chemical, automotive, metallurgical, power, textile, pump, medical equipment, scientific research, and national defense industries. They are high-tech products utilizing new materials.
The ceramic bearings produced by our company use all-ceramic materials for the rings and rolling elements, including zirconium oxide (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4), and silicon carbide (SiC). The retainers are made of PTFE, PEEK, UPE, PVDF, PA66, SUS304, SUS316, and ceramic retainer materials. Examples include high-temperature bearings, corrosion-resistant bearings, anti-magnetic bearings, electrically insulating bearings, and vacuum bearings.
Product Features:
1. Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Ceramic materials (such as zirconia, silicon nitride, and silicon carbide) are virtually unaffected by corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, making them particularly suitable for harsh environments in chemical, marine, and medical applications.
2. High Rigidity + Dimensional Stability: Ceramics have a higher elastic modulus than steel, making them less prone to deformation under stress; they also have a low coefficient of thermal expansion, maintaining dimensional accuracy even under drastic temperature changes, making them ideal for high-precision equipment.
3. Wear-Resistant and High-Temperature Resistant, Longer Lifespan: Ceramic bearings can operate stably in environments up to 1000°C, and have a low coefficient of friction and good self-lubricating properties. Under high temperature and high speed conditions, their lifespan can be 3-5 times longer than metal bearings!
