Suzhou Nanodispersions was founded in 2006 to develop and manufacture in China high purity nanosized silicon oxide and aluminum oxide materials, in the forms of slurries and powders, for electronics industries, especially in the field of IC manufacturing and packaging.

Currently, we are focused on the following products: high purity colloidal silica(99.9999%) for CMP application, high purity colloidal alumina(99.99%) for composite materials, high purity spherical silica powder, adjustable size within 0.5um-80um for electronics packaging, spherical alumina powder for catalyst, low temperature sinterable fine alumina powder for ceramics in dental and armors, high temperature ceramic coatings for anti-corrosion and oxidation, polishing slurries for metals, sapphire and ceramics surface conditioning.

While focused on sol-gel technology, we work closely with our customers both in industry such as LG, Samsung, SK, many local companies, and also academic institutions such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jiangsu University, Nanjing University etc. to provide them the best problem solving solutions or technical support.

We have successfully qualified the use in CMP slurries of IC and hold over 50% market share of high purity colloidal silica for solar industry.

The founder was a returnee from US, who holds a Ph.D degree in materials science and engineering from Japan. We have now about 30 employees, most of whom hold bachelor degree or over in materials engineering and have filed over 20 patents with 6 approved.

Our headquarter and RD center are located in the Suzhou New District, while the production plant is located in North Jiangsu, about 4 hours drive from Suzhou. We are ISO-9000 qualified since 2010 and a High Tech Company qualified by the China State Science and Technology Agency since 2015.
