We strive in Research and Develop, Production, Sales as well as After-sale service. We have been engaged in manufacturing and sale of seal components for over 20 years and are richly experienced in many aspects of advanced technology. In 2001, we located ourselves in Baoshan City Industrial Park, a Shanghai Municipal Level Industrial Park. In 2004, "Mechanical Seals Production Line Expansion and Technology Upgrading Project" of Shanghai Joint Power Seals Co., LTD was approved by Economic Commission of Baoshan District, Shanghai. The total investment is 28.88 million yuan, including 22 million fixed asset investment in building new factory, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, standardized workshops and modern scientific research and office building and 150 sets of new production equipment from home and abroad. We have 258 existing employees, including 23 intermediate and high level staffs in the area of management, technology and accounting staff and 56 employees of Senior and Junior technical degree or above and 65 workers of senior skilled, comprising 36% of production line workers.

We manufacture seal components such as Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide, Sintered Silicon Carbide, Sintered Silicon Carbide with Graphite and Sintered Silicon Carbide with Spherical-pore, Resin-Impregnated Graphite, Antimony-Impregnated and Hot-Pressed Graphite. According to customer requirements, We customize the seal parts of various shapes and specifications. The maximum diameter for Reaction Bonded Silicone Carbide ( SIC ) is Φ 800 mm. Our seal components has excellent chemical stability, high density and hardness, better abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance and are able to be used under the working condition of high and low temperature, high speed, strong corrosion, the dry friction and other special working condition. The components have the characteristics of safety, reliability, leak-proofness and long service life.
