Dear Sir or Madam,
I am planning to use ceramic POROUS CERAMIC VACUUM CHUCK in my application and therefore I would like to have some information in order to check if your product would be suitable for it.
I am designing a thermal press in which the upper griper would be the porous ceramic vacuum chuck. The chuck would be exposed to a heated interface up to 500ºC and subjected to up to 3MPa compression. I kindly would like to know if you could provide more information about the material strength under pure compression same as thermal degradation temperature.
