Porous ceramic plate to homogenize a pipe flow behind a valve

Hello, I\'m looking for a porous ceramic plate to homogenize a pipe flow behind a valve. The dimensions for the plates are 1/2 and 3/8 in diameter and a thickness between 0.1 and 0.5 inch. Do you have plates in this size range? If you have data sheets or a catalogue for the materials it would be nice to get those as well. Is there a minimum amount I would have to order? I only need 4-8 plates. Thank you.
