Wear-resistant ceramic part

Hi I am in need to manufacture a part made of ceramics. I have manufactured the part of MACOR but unforcedly the part is too soft and it lost its precision I am wondering with what other ceramics can you manufacture the part (I need 2 parts) in a short time Thanks Michael
