Hi Can you please provide us a quotation for a 12\\\\\\\" x 13\\\\\\\" rectangular Silicon Carbide porous ceramic plate, 1/8\\\\\\\" thick to use as a vacuum chuck in spin coater. I am not sure about pore size yet, but please let us know if it has any effect on the price.Thanks
