Ceramic platefor vacuum table production

Hi,We are looking for porous ceramic plates size 500X500mm, thickness 6mm for vacuum table production.Material can be Alumina or other ceramics. Flatness should be better than 0.1mm.If you can offer such product please get back to me.Thanks,Tal
