Aluminium Nitride / Boron Nitride material price

Dear Sirs, I introduce myself, my name is Cristian Samorì and I work in Taro Plast, company specialized to produce plastic compound. I’m part of the team and I’m in charge of technical support and R&D, therefore I now in my hand a project where I have to reach certain level of thermal conductivity keeping material insulant. I looked at the Aluminium Nitride or Boron Nitride who could be a right candidates to do that. So, I would like to ask you if your AlN //BN are suitable for polymers, and if yes, what’s the price of the material.
We have plant in Italy (Parma). Are these material available in powder?I remain at disposal for further support or clarification you may need.
