Solar grade silicon nitride powder, as release agent, is used to spray to the inner surface of fused silica crucibles. It is the necessities for the production of multi-crystal ingots. 
       The solar grade silicon nitride powder produced by Tomley is synthesized through special nitridation process of silicon powder which ensures the powder with the character of high purity, narrow particle size distribution and increases the success rate of ingot demoulding.
