Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Welding Rollers:

Silicon nitride ceramic welding rollers are high-performance industrial components with the following significant characteristics:

1. High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Vickers hardness reaches 1500-1600 HV, more than twice that of traditional high-speed steel rollers, and wear resistance is 2-3 times higher than that of cemented carbide.

2. High Strength: Bending strength at room temperature > 980 MPa, and still maintains over 350 MPa at 1200℃.

3. Excellent Thermal Stability: Thermal expansion coefficient is only 3.1 × 10⁻⁶/°C, and thermal shock resistance > 500℃ (ΔT).

4. High Temperature Resistance: Long-term working temperature can reach 1200-1600℃, and decomposition temperature reaches 1870℃.

5. Chemical Inertness: Extremely strong corrosion resistance to fluorine-based and chlorine-based plasmas and most acids and bases.

6. Functional Compatibility: Possesses both high thermal conductivity (20-30 W/(m·K)) and electrical insulation (resistivity > 10¹⁴Ω·cm).
