Description of sensor ceramics
The sensor series ceramics are made of 96% alumina by special process. With the thick film printing and thermal sintering technology, the ceramic diaphragm is sintered together with the ceramic substrate.
Applications of sensor ceramics
The pressure sensor ceramics are widely used in air conditioning system, automobile pressure sensing system, engine system, robotics and intelligent terminal and so on.
