Hunan Meicheng Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2010 with a registered capital of 36.8 million yuan, which is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production and sales of modern special ceramic products. We are a member of the Engineering Ceramics Professional Committee of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, committee unit of Hunan Silicate Academic Society, Hunan province advanced ceramics leading enterprise. The company is located in special ceramics industrial park, economic development zone, Xinhua County, Hunan province, covering an area of 60 acres. We are the first enterprise to settle in the Special Ceramics Industrial Park. The company is mainly engaged in: R & D and application of zirconia ceramics, alumina ceramics, steatite and other non-oxide ceramics. The production method is mainly based on dry pressing technology, supplementing by injection molding technology and expanding 3D ceramic printing; we possess advanced ceramic nanometer metallization technology and ceramic fine-process capabilities. The company has a professional R & D testing center, mold making center and raw material distribution base and has established long-term industry-university-research cooperation relationship with Tsinghua University, Central South University, Hunan University, Changsha University of Science and Technology.
The company's main products include new energy series ceramics, thermostat series ceramics and pressure sensor series ceramics. Among them, the new energy series ceramics passed Hunan new materials certification in July 2018. The new energy series ceramics are produced with a high-purity composite phase alumina structure nano-metallization process, which is suitable for brazing of different materials such as copper, aluminum and other materials. Our major customers include BYD, Tesla, Midea, Haier, Galanz and other well-known companies, which are widely engaged in new energy vehicles, electronics, telecommunications, urban commuting rail, aerospace, robotics and other fields.
The company passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in August 2012. The technology of producing high-performance electronic ceramics with complex structures based on the dry pressing process passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of the Provincial Science and Technology Department in January 2013, and the technical level reached to "leading domestic level". The company has 1 authorized invention patents, 26 utility model patents, 5 appearance patents meanwhile 12 invention patents and 16 utility model patents are under application. It has been repeatedly rated as the advanced enterprise of “contributing organization" by Loudi City government.
